Basically, im looking for a 3rd assistant for next season, as ill be retaining Butlee and Equisiteblue as assistants next season, so the foundation of the Nat Team.
Basically, I am looking to give someone who has not had a go as an assistant before with the UAE to learn the ropes essentially. The person selected will be given a four week trial, and if everything runs smoothly, you'll become permanent. The four week trial involves taking control of a friendly. The person will be selected from within the community.
So basically, i've only posted the assistant message on the offsite, due to the fact that this is the primary discussion point for people within the UAE community.
So, if you want to apply, basically just express your interest in the position in this thread and outline three advantages you have as a manager, and what you hope to gain from this position.
Basically, ill be selecting the person with Butlee and Equisiteblue, based on activeness, how long you've been involved in the UAE community and attitude.
Applications close Friday 8 April at Midnight. Which is 2 weeks from now. No applications will be accepted after this date, which is plenty of notice.

I would like to have a go again. My ideas are: - You can be like a scout, advising Managers to train on certain skills. - Like some Countries have, you could have a EPP ( Emerging Players Program) where you can have a few friendlies a season and test some young emerging playes.
Recently, I was the Assistant for Bermuda and my main role was to be a scouter. I think I can scout many good UAE players and do any tasks that I will be given by the UAE Community.

I think the main pre-requisite, is just being active - lots. Probably more then I am, for example

I will give this a shot & put my name down. Although I am more keen for the assistant position in the U19 team.

Hello - Actually I was laughing at myself before applying for this prestigious post because on the other hand I am running against you in national manager's post. Well jokes aside , I would like to assist you at international level. - I can evaluate squad and give my advice for improvement. - I can help you in choosing squad for different Tours and Friendlies. - I am capable of doing any kind of tasks given to me.

Hello Nathan.
I'd like to put myself forward for this wonderful opportunity and I must say I'm certainly active, not to mention I'm totally new to this and I am keen on learning.
1. I think it’s essential to listen and to communicate with the community, the assistance managers and the boss himself the actual manager. I would say I'm extremely good at listening and taking appropriate actions and communication in general. Good communication and listening skills gives the community the confidence to approach you with enquiries, consequently more UAE players pulled.
2. I would say I'm fairly competent in spotting great talents and this also goes hand in hand with setting good tactics, I think I'm a great thinker and intelligent when it comes to setting orders, assessing my team's strengths and the weaknesses. Also vigilantly assessing all aspects of the Opponents strengths and weaknesses too.
3. I’m Shrewd when it comes to analysing a squad, carefully evaluating the squad available to me and taking risks. I.E. dropping someone who has not been performing on the big stage and bringing in a new face. Vitally I’m not afraid of giving my opinion However, at the end of the day I will respect all the people and not carry out any tasks without the permission of Nathan and team.
If I was to be accepted, I think I will become a better manager. I also think I may gain respect and friends within the community.
Regards, Hassan. The proud manager of: The Giants of Surrey.

ill put my hand up, im logged in basically everyday thx to the fantastic boredom of school and have been around for a couple of seasons now edit: didnt put up three advantages etc. 1. I log in basically everyday, and so i am always available to help, and to do scouting if needed. 2. Relatively experienced, been playing for a year and a few months, in that time have had 2 UAE u19 players. 3. Very enthusiastic will not give up and will always try my best. From this position i would like to further my activeness in the UAE community, and help the National manager and other staff into helping further the UAE position in FTP.
