Only 4 pops but Sulayman is a good one. So is Bertas my young wrist spinner, seems like I've been waiting forever for him to pop bowling.

Seniors (21) | Youths (18)
so yes. no point having a small number with my training speeds. I can make money out of buying at 20 and selling at 23/4.

Not if they dont play often, i have a lavish senior academy and i dont want 21 players cause if i cant play them they will be useless at 23-24 and specially pay those wages for no reason...

To me the wages are peanuts and I'm slective on my 20yos... ones that won't be "useless at 23-24" if they only get one pop. Experience used to be massively underrated, these day's I'm certain it's massively overrated.

I should add that 20-24 is the age bracket with most money to be made by training fast.

I agree that buying players and selling later is where you make good money if trained fast and right, but i would only pay peanuts for a 26+ yr old with reasonable-capable experience, no matter how good his skills are, i dont see the point in paying wages for a player who doesnt play to his potential more often then not, yes experience might be over rated and i might over rate it a little, but i guarantee that a few levels even 1 level of experience has an effect even if its slight, so why waste big wages on a guy inexperienced when you can get the same guy or similar or better with much more experience and pay the same amount of wages?
thats how i see it anyways.

I'd not sell at 26+ unless I wanted him for my own team.
I guess the difference is in my leagues I can afford my deluxe academy and a few "hangers on".

Decent pops there for the youthies. Had a couple of really good weeks now. Unfortunately my 18 yr olds look rubbish for next season when they turn 19.
