I wouldn't say i'm mad about a small squad, but wages are something you have to consider carefully, hence the reason I tend to keep my squad small. If I had two extra decent bowlers and 2 extra decent batsmen I would be going through to the fourth round of the cup, where as now i'm looking at chucking in my youths and hoping for the best.

I also have a 13 man squad, but i'm chucking in my youths at the moment for some experience, but even they are getting shattered! But sadly time to say goodbye to the cup and say good morning to survival in div1:D

Just realised despite round 3 being fairly easy, i'll have to throw this one:(
My players are pretty tired out, endurance is not the strongest point amongst my squad.

I would say you may have paid a little over the top there, also I'd prefer him to have more experience. But I guess he will do a decent job being a rfm.s

honestly, chasing on flat and hard you're always in it. in my trawl of game, I saw a 26o chased on a hard! I was playing on a dry and as a result lost comfortably:(

I'm getting hammered in today's t20, because of fatigue I had to rest a few players and it is costing me big times. End of over 7 (4 runs) - The Giants of Surrey(39-3). 153 runs required from 13 overs. RR 5.57 RRR 11.77. My UAE U19 player going for 64 runs in his 4 overs ouch!

I so want to do well in the cup, my second round match is easy as was the first round, but the buzz word is fatigue. In order for me to survive in my div1 t20 and in the SAAD div1 I will probably have to chuck a lot of youths in to the cup team for sunday:(

Hello Nathan.
I'd like to put myself forward for this wonderful opportunity and I must say I'm certainly active, not to mention I'm totally new to this and I am keen on learning.
1. I think it’s essential to listen and to communicate with the community, the assistance managers and the boss himself the actual manager. I would say I'm extremely good at listening and taking appropriate actions and communication in general. Good communication and listening skills gives the community the confidence to approach you with enquiries, consequently more UAE players pulled.
2. I would say I'm fairly competent in spotting great talents and this also goes hand in hand with setting good tactics, I think I'm a great thinker and intelligent when it comes to setting orders, assessing my team's strengths and the weaknesses. Also vigilantly assessing all aspects of the Opponents strengths and weaknesses too.
3. I’m Shrewd when it comes to analysing a squad, carefully evaluating the squad available to me and taking risks. I.E. dropping someone who has not been performing on the big stage and bringing in a new face. Vitally I’m not afraid of giving my opinion However, at the end of the day I will respect all the people and not carry out any tasks without the permission of Nathan and team.
If I was to be accepted, I think I will become a better manager. I also think I may gain respect and friends within the community.
Regards, Hassan. The proud manager of: The Giants of Surrey.
