Power takes forever to train at U19 level, I honestly don't reckon it's worth it. Takes 5-6 weeks for a pop from base level (tried it on my affiliate, the player was kinda bad anyway but wasn't expecting that).
Though I guess you would make an exception for fasties or fast mediums if they really needed it.

I think that's a bit too much smiddie. It's pretty slow in the youth academy compared to when they're in their mid 20's.
I train power in youths every now and then but that's only for batsman or fast bowlers who lack a little compared to the rest. Ordinary is more than enough for youth players IMO.

To much to go for average-reasonable? Or to much putting taking a batsmen to reliable? I wouldnt train a dreadful or poor player to reasonable, but if they are on ordinary take them to average, if they are on average take them to reasonable, only if they are a seam strike bowler or batsmen. Just to give my youth team some variety, i will probably do it to the youths i wouldnt be able to sell for more then 5k if at all, or who i will be firing. So get him to cap/cap prims and then train him in power to be an aggressive batsmen or strike bowler to take some wickets. I of course don't know how this will go, but sure want to give it ago. What sort of players will i need to be looking at in an excellent-superior YA to get to accomp/accomp, reliable fielding ? I was hoping ave/ave/ave or if gifted talent ordinary in that lvl?
