My young fastie just popped technique. Not really sure where to go from here with him. Power does need some work but I'm thinking I might put that off for another season or so.

Yeah I'm thinking either power or getting him to spect/spect and the power from the onwards. He is only 23 after all.

Id go fielding to reliable, then strength training to get that Endo and Power up

depends on his role and your competition, if i had him in my squad i would go to reliable fielding then average power(which will help his endurance as well) then spect/spect then rotate fielding and power until fielding is expert and then just go all out on power/endurance.

My latest thinking on allrounders is to get them to reasonable batting through allrounder training, then train bowling (not bowling tech) all the way to outstanding bowling... this will leave a tech gap, but a usable bowler so they can get some games and therefore experience while you then train batting (not bat tech) to where you want it.
Your player looks perfect to do that plan, except that his endurance and fielding will both need significant work.

EDIT: also does your predictor take into account the extra 3% training for all-rounder training? that was changed a little while ago? I don't think it does, but then it's one of the 2 trainings I'm not particularly certain of the distribution from. But, you are right in the my way you lose skill... BUT you get a usable player 2 seasons earlier (as long as your careful when you use them)... which means more experience, which I have found the problem with every all-rounder I've tried to train.

ah fair enough so my all-rounders might improve faster on all-rounder training then your predictor stats that be awesome...
Yeah i haven't come across an experience problem yet but thats cause i can afford to play 2 weak mediums atm while they develop.

Power just popped, i am thinking either, leave him on power until expert (will get there before EOS) then get him to spect/spect wont take long at all as he is about 3/4 done in both bowl and tech. or get him to spect/spect now (should get there before EOS) and then go for power up to spect i was even thinking of throwing 2 fielding pops in there somewhere as well but i might pass on that as he is reliable with safe hands so he aint the worse fielder... not sure yet though
open to other options though or thoughts?

I would go for the spec/spec option, because i've seen how primaries training slows down after 26. After which you can consider some more power and I would even consider further fielding too!
