What should I train him on? I think he is quite far away from a NT callup, am I right?

What next for Jakeem? Got him on bowling at the moment. Perhaps too early for Power yet? I was thinking next season when he is 22...

I'd do a fielding pop, then bowling for spec/spec before power.

As a newbie, I need help:
Trevor Leabeater >> Details Player Info
24 years old | 53,221 rating | $14,564 wage
Right hand batsman | Right arm Finger spin Talents Prodigy Nationality Australia Australia Form capable Fatigue rested Experience reliable Captaincy poor Skills Summary Batsman reliable Bowler exceptional Keeper ordinary Allrounder accomplished
Notes was on allrounder to exceptional bowling. Skills Batting reasonable Endurance accomplished Bowling exceptional Technique exceptional Keeping poor Power reasonable Fielding reliable
What to train, bowling and tech are both just popped, and batting is at least 1/3 through (after his bowling pop he has been on batting training).
Do I make him a handy lower order batsman (getting bowling better via tech), or go for fielding? As it is his batting is largely redundant (Ave=8.57, though he has a 50 in a cup game, that he saved pretty much single handedly with a great bat and ball performance), but reliable seems to be enough to average about 20 (via a lot of staying in with a batsman and finnishing not out it must be said).

What new data you got R0b? Cause i swear you used to want high fielding. I would put him on field training until it hits outstanding, then go back to batting.

I normally would, but I'm happy to accept the odd player a bit lower and the obvious choices are allrounders. You are probably right though, time for more fielding.
