I wouldnt bother with power or endurance atm...
1. Fielding to Reliable 2. Bat and Tech to Spect/Spect 3. power to reliable (which will bring endurance up a little)
i think reliable endurance is good for a 23yr old, even for an opener is pretty 'reliable', but being a spin spec i would use him down at 4-5 so his endurance isnt needed as much, i like spin spec down the order cause people like to close with spinners, so works nicely in the death...

Hmm, he hardly ever plays the opener role for me and is a middle order batsman.
I will move him to batting/tech then, and then fielding, as he just popped in it.

My young batsman just popped to Outs/Exp and I am wondering what to train him in. I'm thinking of going either Tech, Fitness or Fielding. What are your thoughts?

Mate, yes his endurance needs a pop, but I would go for fielding, ordinary is too low for me.
Whilst he's training in fielding hopefully his tech will get close to popping. Hope that helps.

I would train fielding until capable, endurance to reliable then back to prims until spect/spect...

no probs mate. remember catches win matches, I'm not sure what your ratings are, but your fielders need to be well trained with this fielding model.

Do you think he is ready for power training at the beginning of the season?

NO! In my experience, the boundary hitter will more than make up for lack of power... see Kitu from my/India's squad... he started power training at 25, was dreadful until then... got his first NT tour with dreadful power.
You might want reliable fielding if he is playing for you, otherwise press on with bat/tech until he is.

Gotta say, fielding til cap or rel. then back to batting till he's outs/outs and then back to abit more fielding till he's accom perhaps.
Then batting till he's spec/spec.
As rob says you can start power much later.

more fielding and power... bit of a toss up how to organise... I'd probably decide based on whether I needed quicker runs or better fielding most in games.
