I have been told that Rob will not be running in the next election, so I just wanted to inform you guys that I will be running. I have been involved with the community for quite some time (I think 4 or 6 seasons) so I think I am capable as I have gained alot of knowledge from Rob and EB (And all the others). I think this will be a great opportunity for me as I have done many assistant roles.
I will be looking for as much support as possible. If you want to ask me a question, contact me via the game mail.

I think you would be a great U19 NAT Manager Bilal and I will be voting for you.

Can't throw my support behind anything yet I'm afraid Bilal. I think there are others that are keen to run as well, so shall hold my say back for a bit yet. Either way, even if you don't win, Hammering down a regular assistant spot shouldn't be long off if you keep being as active around the offsite like you have been!

Thought your answers were good and a generally well planned election campaign. Although I assume you got a bit of help from Mars ? If not, epic stuff But yeh. I think your amongst the front runners for future assistant positions anyway so just keep it up

Have you had any former NAT Management experience bilal? Like being Assistant ext. Yes I have Barlow. I was the UAE NT Assistant when Rob was in charge. Then I was the NT Assistant for Bermuda. So I would say I have a fair bit of experience. I think its time for me to take charge of an U-19 team.

@bilal - I do welcome your decision to stand for the U-19 elections.
After careful consideration and after lengthy discussion with the current U-19 team, I would like to inform the UAE community that I would be contesting for the post of the U-19 Manager. Fitzy and Rob (need to twist his arm) would be a part of the team and would be continuing their great performance in the U-19 setup.
My ideal candidate for the post would have been Fitzy, however due to real life commitments, he would not be able to spend the required time and requested that I take the lead. He will definitely be the co-pilot of the flight, if I do win.

So... Bilal and Dbest, I'll leave this up to you to decide, but do you want to have a "pre-runoff" here, and have us put forward a single candidate (if we were to do this we would of course have to give each others word if we lose we won't nominate [for UAE]), or do the whole thing at election time (the risk is a split offsite vote can get a 3rd party in).
Up to you guys.

Sounds good to me dbest. Unfortunately I don't think I can put in enough time for the main role next season, but I know that Dbest is more than capable for the job. I will be looking to assist him as much as possible next season with squad selections and tactics.
Bilal, while we all find your decision to run honorable, we think that you would benefit more in becoming an assistant so that you can learn about the U19 set up, and also learn about our future talent coming through the ranks. This is as opposed to taking the main role and jumping in the deep end, with no knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes. Either way mate we look forward to you getting involved with some banter during the U19 tours, havn't seen you there as of late.

I have decided I will be running. I have already decided who my 2 assistants will be. Similar to what Nathan did, I will select one Assistant from the Community who can gain some NT experience. My aim is to promote in both One Day and Twenty20 league to Div1. My other aim is to obviously win the WC. I will also try to bring many members to the community.

Not to take the piss, but how do you plan to promote the T20 side?
Hopefully the OD side will be equally tough to get promotion for.
